Role purpose
Support Velociti Solutions’ IT systems while gaining practical experience and developing the technical skills needed to become a Junior IT Engineer.
The role includes supervised technical support, apprenticeship training, and professional development.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with installation and configuration of computer systems, networks, mobile devices, and cloud services.
- Support user accounts and group access in Microsoft Entra ID.
- Assist with Microsoft 365 administration, including licensing, Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook.
- Support mobile device management and deployment via Microsoft Intune.
- Contribute to endpoint security maintenance and monitoring.
- Log and manage incidents through the helpdesk using Zendesk and other communication channels.
- Diagnose hardware, software, and network issues and escalate complex cases with detailed information.
