Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled IT Engineer to manage, support, and maintain our organization’s IT infrastructure, systems, and applications.
The ideal candidate will ensure high availability, security, and efficiency of IT resources while providing technical support and driving continuous improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, networks, and servers
- Provide technical support to users for system, network, and application issues
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot problems
- Administer and maintain LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, and security systems
- Manage backups, data recovery, and disaster recovery plans
- Implement cybersecurity measures and ensure compliance with policies
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
- Support IT-related projects and system upgrades
- Liaise with vendors for IT procurement and service agreements
Requirements
- Proven experience as an IT Engineer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of networking, systems administration, and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
