Role Overview
Provide IT support, troubleshoot desktop and server issues, and assist with basic CCTV site inspections and IT infrastructure requirements.
The role is based on customer-site support and requires independent work when visiting sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide desktop and IT technical support to users.
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Perform basic server installation, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Conduct CCTV site inspections and assist with basic CCTV-related requirements.
- Visit customer sites for IT support, troubleshooting, and technical assessments.
- Identify hardware, software, networking, and connectivity issues and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain documentation of site visits, installations, and technical issues.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to resolve technical problems.
- Follow company procedures and maintain professional communication with customers.
Requirements
- Minimum two years of IT experience in the UAE.
- Good knowledge of desktop, laptop, Windows, hardware, and basic server technologies.
- Basic knowledge of CCTV systems and site inspection.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- UAE driving license is listed as an added advantage in the requirements section.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and visit customer sites when required.
- Immediate joining is preferred.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
- Customer-site visits are required when needed.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000 to AED 4,000 per month.
