JonnyPops seeks a Director of IT to lead technology strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems across corporate and manufacturing sites.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a scalable IT strategy aligned with company growth
- Partner with ELT and department leaders to prioritize technology investments
- Develop and lead a high performing IT team; manage internal staff and external vendors
- Own the IT budget, contract negotiations, vendor relationships, and technology spend governance
- Champion AI adoption initiative across the company
- Oversee and optimize core enterprise systems including NetSuite, RedZone, Microsoft 365, and other SaaS tools
- Own integration strategy across systems to reduce manual data entry and improve data reliability
- Manage and maintain network infrastructure, endpoints, and hardware across locations
- Own cybersecurity strategy, risk assessment, incident response planning, and security awareness training
- Ensure business continuity, disaster recovery planning, and data backup processes
- Serve as technology partner to Operations and Manufacturing; support RedZone rollout and troubleshooting
- Oversee helpdesk support and ensure employees have reliable technology
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; equivalent experience considered
- 10+ years of progressive IT experience, with at least 3 5 years in a Director level or senior leadership role with direct reports
- Experience managing IT Managers or senior technical staff
- Experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or CPG environment strongly preferred
- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (NetSuite experience a strong plus), cloud platforms, and SaaS application management
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 administration (SharePoint, Teams, Azure AD, Entra ID)
- Experience with network infrastructure, endpoint management, and IT security frameworks
- Demonstrated experience with AI tools, automation platforms, and driving technology adoption

Job Summary
- Newly created leadership role responsible for building and leading IT function.
- Owns IT strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems.
- Reports to CFO and is key contributor to AI adoption initiatives.
IT Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute scalable IT strategy aligned with growth.
- Partner with ELT and department leaders to prioritize technology investments.
- Develop and lead high performing IT team.

Enterprise Systems & Integrations
- Oversee and optimize core enterprise systems: NetSuite, RedZone, Microsoft 365, etc.
- Own integration strategy across systems.
- Ensure system access provisioning and permissions governance.
- Oversee technology implementation projects.
Infrastructure, Networking & Cybersecurity
- Manage network infrastructure, endpoints, and hardware.
- Own cybersecurity strategy, risk assessment, incident response.
- Ensure business continuity, disaster recovery, and data backup.
- Oversee cloud infrastructure and server environments.
- Ensure OT environment security and stability.
Operations & Manufacturing Technology Support
- Serve as technology partner to Operations and Manufacturing.
- Support RedZone rollout and troubleshooting.
- Ensure reliable IT/OT connectivity at Elk River facility.
- Partner with Supply Chain and Finance on EDI, WMS, ERP.
User Support & Enablement
- Oversee helpdesk support for ~300+ employees.
- Manage device provisioning, software licensing, IT onboarding/offboarding.
- Communicate clearly with non technical stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive IT experience with 3 5 years in Director level role.
- Experience managing IT Managers or senior technical staff.
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or CPG environment strongly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 administration.
- Experience with network infrastructure, endpoint management, IT security frameworks.
- Familiarity with manufacturing plant technology environments (OT/IT convergence, MES) a plus.
- Demonstrated experience with AI tools and automation.
Expected Pay Range
- $155,000 $175,000 per year.
- Eligible for additional compensation in the form of bonuses and/or commissions.
