Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the organization's IT strategy aligned with business goals
- Lead and manage IT operations, infrastructure, applications, and service delivery
- Oversee cybersecurity, risk management, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning
- Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, procurement, and technology investments
- Drive digital transformation initiatives and technology innovation
- Ensure the availability, performance, and security of enterprise IT systems

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years of progressive IT experience
- 5+ years in a senior leadership or management role
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud), enterprise applications, and IT governance frameworks
- Professional certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, CISM, TOGAF, AWS, Azure, or equivalent highly desirable

About the Role
- We’re looking for a strategic and experienced IT Director to lead our Information Technology function and drive technology initiatives that support business growth.
