- Direct IT operations, oversee network and system administration, and ensure reliability and performance of core IT services
- Define and refine IT strategy, manage technology budgets, and coordinate with external vendors and service providers
- Establish security policies, monitor risks, guide compliance efforts, and mentor team members or contractors
Requirements
- Strong IT Management and IT Operations skills
- Broad Information Technology expertise to manage infrastructure, cloud services, applications, and end user support
- Network Security skills to design and maintain secure environments, manage access controls, and mitigate security risks
- IT Strategy skills to align technology initiatives with business goals, plan roadmaps, and optimize investments
- Experience in vendor management, budgeting, and contract negotiation is beneficial
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
- Background in designing or improving IT policies, processes, and governance frameworks is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., ITIL, CISSP, PMP) are an advantage
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment in Dubai, with flexibility for part time scheduling

Role Description
- The IT Director will provide leadership and oversight for all technology functions at Tu Agencia, ensuring that systems, infrastructure, and security effectively support business objectives.
- This part time, hybrid role is based in Dubai, with a combination of on site work and some work from home.
- Day to day responsibilities include directing IT operations, overseeing network and system administration, and ensuring the reliability and performance of core IT services.
- The IT Director will define and refine IT strategy, manage technology budgets, and coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
- The role also involves establishing security policies, monitoring risks, guiding compliance efforts, and mentoring team members or contractors to maintain high standards of service and support.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong IT Management and IT Operations skills to oversee daily technology activities and lead the IT function effectively.
