This part time IT Director role at Evolution360 SA de CV is a hybrid position based in Dubai, with flexibility for some work from home.
The IT Director will oversee the organization’s overall information technology landscape, ensuring systems, infrastructure, and applications are reliable, secure, and aligned with business objectives.
Day to day responsibilities include managing IT operations, guiding the implementation and maintenance of hardware and software, and coordinating with vendors and service providers.
The role involves developing and executing IT strategies, overseeing network security measures, managing risk and compliance, and optimizing technology investments.
The IT Director will collaborate with leadership and cross functional teams to support digital transformation initiatives, establish IT policies and standards, and lead continuous improvement of technology processes.

Demonstrated skills in IT Management and IT Operations, with the ability to oversee daily technology activities and support services.
Strong foundation in Information Technology, including systems, infrastructure, and application environments relevant to a modern business context.
Experience with Network Security, including implementing security best practices, monitoring threats, and ensuring data protection.
Proven ability to develop and execute IT Strategy that aligns technology investments with organizational goals.
Prior leadership experience in IT or technology focused roles, ideally at a director or senior manager level.
Familiarity with risk management, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements related to IT operations.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision making skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, ITIL, PMP) are advantageous.
