Responsibilities
- Oversee the hotel's information technology environment ensuring systems are secure, reliable, and aligned with operational needs
- Manage IT operations, supervise network infrastructure, implement and maintain security controls
- Support hotel applications and systems used by various departments
- Develop and execute IT strategies that support business objectives
- Coordinate with external vendors and Rotana corporate IT
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards and policies
- Monitor system performance, manage backups and disaster recovery plans
- Provide guidance and support to team members on technology related issues
Requirements
- Strong IT Management and IT Operations skills with experience overseeing hotel or enterprise technology environments
- Solid background in Information Technology including infrastructure, systems administration, and application support
- Expertise in Network Security
- Ability to develop and execute IT Strategy aligned with organizational goals
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience with hotel PMS, POS, and related hospitality systems
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making abilities

- Experience with hotel PMS, POS, and related hospitality systems
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making abilities
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid setup
