Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company’s IT strategy aligned with business objectives
- Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, cloud services, and enterprise applications
- Lead and mentor IT managers, engineers, and support teams
- Ensure the security, availability, and performance of all IT systems
- Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and technology investments
- Oversee cybersecurity initiatives, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning
- Drive digital transformation and technology innovation across the organization
- Collaborate with executive leadership to support strategic business initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive IT experience, including leadership or director level roles
- Experience managing enterprise IT operations and digital transformation initiatives
- Professional certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, CCNP, AWS, Microsoft Azure, or TOGAF are highly desirable
