Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the organization's IT strategy aligned with business objectives
- Oversee enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and business applications
- Lead digital transformation initiatives and identify emerging technologies to improve business performance
- Establish IT governance, policies, standards, and best practices
- Manage enterprise systems, networks, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning
- Oversee IT budgets, resource planning, vendor management, and technology investments
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards, regulatory requirements, and data protection policies
- Collaborate with executive leadership to support strategic business initiatives
- Lead, mentor, and develop high performing IT teams
- Monitor IT performance through KPIs and drive continuous improvement across all technology functions
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in IT, including leadership or senior management experience
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- Master's degree (MBA or MSc) is an advantage
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ITIL, PMP, TOGAF, AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Cisco are highly desirable
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar enterprise systems is an advantage

About the Role
- We’re looking for an accomplished and visionary IT Director to lead our technology strategy and drive digital innovation across the organization.
- In this leadership role, you'll oversee the organization's IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, cloud technologies, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Working closely with senior leadership, you'll ensure technology investments align with business objectives while fostering innovation, operational excellence, and long term business growth.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience managing enterprise IT projects, vendors, and cross functional teams.
- Ability to align technology initiatives with business goals.
Qualifications
