Role Description

Qualifications
- Strong IT Management and IT Operations skills, with experience overseeing technology teams and systems.
- Deep knowledge of Information Technology environments, including infrastructure, applications, and cloud-based solutions.
- Proficiency in Network Security, including risk assessment, security policies, and incident response.
- Ability to define and drive IT Strategy aligned with organizational objectives and digital roadmap.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role, preferably in online platforms, education, or financial services.
- Familiarity with banking or fintech domains, particularly Islamic and commercial banking, is an advantage.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee overall IT management, ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable technology infrastructure.
- Direct IT operations, manage network security measures, and align information technology initiatives with organizational goals.
- Develop and implement IT strategies, supervise system performance, and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
- Manage vendors or external service providers and identify opportunities for technology improvements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant security standards and support digital initiatives that enhance user experience.
