Engage Distribution ME FZE is looking for an IT & Digital Marketing Executive to manage WordPress website, IT infrastructure, and digital marketing. The role requires experience in WordPress, cPanel, hosting, and social media management.

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain WordPress website
- Update products, banners, pages, and website content
- Configure and maintain payment gateways such as Tabby, Tamara, credit card payments
- Manage shipping and third party integrations
- Improve website performance, user experience, and SEO
- Manage domain names, DNS settings, hosting, SSL certificates, cPanel, and GoDaddy services
- Maintain company servers, email services, backups, and basic network infrastructure
- Ensure website security and perform regular backups
- Create and publish daily social media posts for products
- Design simple promotional creatives using Canva or Adobe tools
- Assist in email marketing campaigns and digital promotions
- Monitor website traffic and recommend improvements
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of WordPress administration
- Experience with cPanel, hosting, domains, DNS, SSL, and GoDaddy
- Understanding of website integrations and payment gateway setup
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is preferred
- Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or similar design software
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Good troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Key Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot website issues and coordinate updates when required.
- Manage domain names, DNS settings, hosting, SSL certificates, cPanel, and GoDaddy services.
- Maintain company servers, email services, backups, and basic network infrastructure.
- Ensure website security and perform regular backups.
- Coordinate with external vendors only when specialized support is required.
- Maintain company computers, printers, Wi Fi, and other office IT equipment.
- Create and publish daily social media posts for our products.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of WordPress administration.
- Experience with cPanel, hosting, domains, DNS, SSL, and GoDaddy.
- Understanding of website integrations and payment gateway setup.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is preferred.
