You are a proactive and service-focused applications professional who can translate technical information into clear, practical guidance. You enjoy working with people at all levels of an organisation and bring a structured, solutions-oriented approach to troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
You will ideally have:
A bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, software engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
Approximately 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar business applications, ERP support or functional consulting role.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Dynamics AX, Dynamics 365 , or a comparable global ERP platform.
Exposure to ERP implementations, upgrades, system operations and ongoing application maintenance.
An understanding of end-to-end manufacturing processes and business process workflows.
Experience with application configuration, optimisation, testing and incident management.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
The ability to create logical and detailed test scenarios.
Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.
Confidence delivering training and explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.
The ability to prioritise competing tasks and work independently under deadline pressure.
A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a multicultural, globally connected environment.
ITIL Foundation certification would be advantageous but is not essential
