Role Overview
Design, develop, test, and maintain critical business systems and applications across the full software development lifecycle.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions, improve development standards, and support operational needs.
Provide technical leadership and help drive continuous improvement across development practices.
What You Will Be Doing
- Design, develop, refactor, test, and maintain applications and framework components that support business operations.
- Participate in solution architecture, technical design discussions, and code reviews.
- Mentor developers through knowledge sharing, training, and technical guidance.
- Develop and maintain tools, integrations, and automation for hardware and software processes.
- Create project estimates, contribute to project planning, and lead small to medium-sized development initiatives.
- Manage support tickets, troubleshoot issues, and assist end users and business stakeholders.
- Improve coding standards, development practices, and overall system performance.
