Job Duties
- Bridge the gap by analyzing business challenges and developing support solutions that span across our technology stack.
- Work directly with business stakeholders to understand their challenges and translate them into efficient technical solutions.
- Collaborate within a high -performing IT team by working closely with experienced professionals in a knowledge-sharing environment. Contribute insights and perspectives to technical discussions and architectural decision making.
- Operate with agility by adjusting effectively to shifting priorities and requirements. Deliver value through iterative solutions, ranging from rapid automation enhancements to complex system integrations.
- Drive innovation an continuous improvement by supporting the evolution of a modern data environment and identifying opportunities for improvement and contributing to innovative, forward-thinking solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in design and development
- Ability to communicate effectively with Senior Management, SMEs, and other stakeholders at all levels.
- Comfortable switching between different platforms like ERP and Salesforce and have experience with APIs, middleware, and web services.
- Ability to thrive in an environment that moves quickly and values iterative progress over rigid, months-long specs.
- Creative, innovative mindset, and ability to understand the importance of on delivering working solutions
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Salesforce knowledge is an asset.
- Results-oriented, independent self-starter with a sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to embrace new technologies and navigate complex legacy systems, approaching challenges as opportunities for problem-solving and growth
- Ability to design scalable, user-friendly, and maintain solutions, with an emphasis on clarity, usability, and long-term sustainability.
