IT Desktop and Network Technician

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

1+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, desktop support, or a related technical support role.

Experience supporting Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments.

Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications and services.

Basic understanding of Active Directory and user account management.

Experience troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and related hardware.

Experience using ServiceDesk, Jira, or similar ticketing systems.

Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to lift and transport equipment weighing up to 40 pounds.

Associate degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

CompTIA A+ or similar industry certification.

Experience with Microsoft Intune, MaaS360, or other endpoint management platforms.

Experience with hardware inventory, asset management, and equipment lifecycle tracking.

Knowledge of basic networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
