Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the IT department, including managing infrastructure, networks, business applications, and cybersecurity
- Coordinate IT projects, lead system upgrades and implementations, and collaborate with business units to align technology solutions with organizational objectives
- Supervise and mentor IT staff, set performance goals, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations
- Develop IT budgets, optimize costs, maintain documentation, and drive continuous improvement of systems and processes
Requirements
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience supervising IT teams and coordinating cross functional stakeholders
- Proficiency in IT infrastructure and operations, including networks, servers, cloud services, and end user support
- Experience with enterprise systems and applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, collaboration tools) and their integration across business units
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, data protection, access control, and compliance best practices
- Proven ability in IT project management, including planning, execution, risk management, and vendor coordination
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

Role Description

Qualifications

- Proficiency in IT infrastructure and operations, including networks, servers, cloud services, and end user support.

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant professional certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, network or security certifications) are an advantage.
- Experience working in diversified or multi business organizations, ideally within the Middle East region, is beneficial.
