Key Responsibilities
• Monitors data center systems and infrastructure to support reliable and efficient operations. • Monitors system performance and identifies potential hardware, software, or infrastructure issues. • Troubleshoots technical issues related to servers, storage, networking equipment, and other data center systems. • Assists with hardware and software installations, configurations, and upgrades. • Supports backup and recovery processes to help maintain system availability and data integrity. • Maintains accurate documentation of systems, processes, incidents, and operational activities. • Collaborates with IT teams to implement infrastructure upgrades and resolve technical issues. • Supports compliance with data center security standards, policies, and procedures. • Tracks system performance and identifies opportunities for operational and performance improvements. • Provides support as part of the Data Center’s 24/7/365 operations , including the assigned Saturday–Wednesday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. schedule .
