Experience providing desktop or IT support in a corporate environment.
Good understanding of Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Microsoft Teams.
Experience imaging, building, and deploying PCs using MECM, Configuration Manager, or similar tools.
Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
