Position Overview

  • Seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with strong foundation in React.js, Node.js, and TypeScript
  • Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high performance web applications end to end
  • Fully remote position; preference for candidates based in Delhi/NCR or UAE

Job Details

  • Experience: 5+ Years
  • Work Location: Remote (Preference for candidates residing in the UAE)
  • Shift Type: Rotational Shifts
  • Notice Period: Immediate Joiners only (Maximum 7 to 15 days)
  • Travel Readiness: Must possess a valid Passport

Key Responsibilities

  • Full Stack Development: Design and build robust, responsive frontend interfaces using React.js and scale secure, efficient backend services using Node.js with TypeScript
  • Architecture & API Design: Architect, develop, and integrate optimized RESTful APIs and microservices
  • Database Management: Write complex queries, design schemas, and maintain both relational and non relational databases including SQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB
  • Performance & Quality: Ensure maximum performance, scalability, and security of applications; conduct code reviews and enforce clean code practices
  • Collaboration: Partner with cross functional teams, product managers, and UI/UX designers in an Agile/Scrum environment

Technical & Professional Requirements

  • Core Stack: Minimum 5 years of solid professional experience in full stack development using React.js, Node.js, and TypeScript
  • Database Expertise: Hands on, production level experience with SQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB
  • System Design: Strong understanding of modern frontend frameworks, backend architecture, state management, and asynchronous event driven workflows
  • DevOps & Tools: Proficient with Git/GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and modern agile project management tools
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional problem solving skills, strong communication, and proactive attitude

Logistics & Behavioral Fit

  • Comfort and flexibility with a rotational shift schedule
  • Immediate availability to transition into the role
  • Ownership of a valid Passport for potential global alignment
