IT & Cloud Security Engineer

Role & responsibilities

Configure, manage, and support Remote Desktop environments (RDS / virtual desktops) for secure user access

Administer Microsoft 365 licenses, user accounts, and access controls

Deploy, manage, and maintain cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure or similar platforms

Implement IT security policies, including firewalls, encryption, and access management

Monitor systems for security threats, vulnerabilities, and performance issues

Manage identity and access using Active Directory and Azure Active Directory

Troubleshoot technical issues related to cloud, network, and remote access environments

Maintain system backups, disaster recovery plans, and ensure high availability

Configure user roles, permissions, and endpoint/device management policies

Support daily IT operations and provide technical assistance to end users

Maintain proper documentation of systems, configurations, and processes

Preferred candidate profile

3 to 5 years of experience in cloud infrastructure, IT security, and Microsoft environments

Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 administration

Good knowledge of Remote Desktop Services (RDS) and virtual desktop setup

Solid understanding of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory

Strong understanding of IT security concepts and best practices

Experience in Windows Server administration and basic networking (VPN, DNS, IP)

Familiarity with endpoint security tools and device management (Intune preferred)

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Ability to work independently with high ownership and accountability

Good communication skills to support users and coordinate with teams

Certifications in cloud or security (Microsoft / Security+) will be an added advantage

Immediate joiners will be preferred
