Responsibilities
- Lead clinical informatics operations and EMR optimization (InterSystems TrakCare preferred)
- Partner closely with physicians, nursing, pharmacy, radiology, and allied health teams
- Drive clinical workflow improvement, analytics, training, and change management
- Manage and develop a growing informatics team across multiple facilities
- Support digital transformation initiatives that directly improve patient care and operational efficiency
- Support system enhancements, upgrades, adhocs and patch fixes in coordination with Intersystems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in health informatics, Nursing, Medicine, IT, or related field
- Master's degree preferred
- CPHIMS, PMP, or EMR vendor certifications preferred
- Clinical licensure (RN, MD, allied health) is a distinct advantage

Opportunity Overview

Role Includes
- Leading clinical informatics operations and EMR optimization (InterSystems TrakCare preferred).
- Partnering closely with physicians, nursing, pharmacy, radiology, and allied health teams.
- Driving clinical workflow improvement, analytics, training, and change management.
