- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead and develop teams, promote an inclusive work environment, and drive organizational change
- Strong problem solving skills, sound judgment, and ability to make timely decisions under pressure
- Fluency in English; German language skills are highly beneficial
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Role Description
- The Owner role at AMS Gruppe is a full time, on site position based in Berlin. The Owner is responsible for overseeing overall business operations, setting strategic direction, and ensuring sustainable growth.
Daily Tasks
- Managing financial performance, supervising key projects, and coordinating with department leads to align operational activities with business goals
- Building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating major contracts, and representing the company in external partnerships and industry events

Qualifications
