Responsibilities
- Partner with business units to analyze workflows, gather requirements, and identify process improvement and automation opportunities
- Map current and future state processes, translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements for technical teams
- Support solution delivery by collaborating with technology teams to scope, prototype, test, and validate solutions
- Participate in hands on solution building using low code/no code and AI assisted tools, including user acceptance testing and documentation
- Contribute to enterprise initiatives by supporting prioritization, ROI development, and continuous improvement efforts
- Continuously build knowledge of internal systems, AI tools, and business functions to drive innovation and adoption
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years in business analysis, consulting, or process improvement
- Strong communication skills with ability to translate between business needs and technical requirements
- Experience with process mapping, requirements gathering, and working with stakeholders across multiple levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365
- Exposure to Power Platform, AI tools, data visualization, or low code platforms is an asset

Job Description
- As an IT Business Analyst, you will be embedded within FLINT’s business operations, working across multiple business units to understand processes, identify pain points, and translate stakeholder needs into technology enabled solutions.
- This role goes beyond traditional business analysis—you will actively contribute to solution design and delivery using AI tools, rapid prototyping, and low code platforms.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) with 1–3 years in business analysis, consulting, or process improvement
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate between business needs and technical requirements
- Experience with process mapping, requirements gathering, and working with stakeholders across multiple levels
