Role Overview
Provide operational oversight and governance for the Service Operating Model application.
Act as a process steward focused on intake management, workflow coordination, data quality, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement rather than technical solution design.
Work Environment
- The role supports a hybrid work model in Mississauga, Ontario.
- Occasional travel may be required based on business needs, and the role supports office or remote work environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and operate the Service Operating Model application.
- Manage change requests through intake, approvals, implementation, validation, and closure.
- Validate request data and coordinate resolution of workflow and downstream update exceptions.
- Maintain process documentation, governance procedures, reports, metrics, and data quality standards.
- Coordinate with service management, platform, data, and technology stakeholders.
- Support UAT and identify process automation, reporting, and workflow improvement opportunities.
