Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and technical requirements from stakeholders
- Conduct workshops and meetings with end users to identify opportunities for process automation and system improvements
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
- Develop process maps, workflows, use cases, and system documentation
- Act as liaison between business users, vendors, automation teams, and IT teams
- Support and maintain Plant Information Management Systems (PIMS) and Operational Technology (OT) applications
- Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of plant IT systems
- Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues
- Manage system configurations, upgrades, patches, and software releases
- Provide administration, maintenance, and support for Honeywell PIMS, PHD, Uniformance, etc.
- Develop and maintain web based and desktop applications using Microsoft technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting IT/OT systems in industrial, manufacturing, petrochemical, oil & gas, or process plant environments
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands on .NET development experience
- Proven experience supporting Honeywell and/or Baker Hughes operational systems
- Experience in business analysis, system implementation, and software development projects
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated IT Business Analyst – IT/OT to bridge the gap between business operations and technology solutions within industrial and plant environments.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, supporting operational technology (OT) applications, managing plant information systems, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring the reliability, availability, and continuous improvement of IT/OT systems.
Business Analysis & Requirements Management
- Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and technical requirements from stakeholders.

- Provide administration, maintenance, and support for Honeywell PIMS, Honeywell PHD, Uniformance Process Studio, PHD Configuration Tool, Advanced Formula Manager, Uniformance Excel Companion, Alarm Management System, Operations Monitoring Systems, Production Balance Applications.
Baker Hughes Systems Support
- Support Baker Hughes operational and monitoring applications used within plant environments.
- Coordinate maintenance activities and system improvements with Baker Hughes support teams.
- Troubleshoot system issues and ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Manage system integrations and data flow between plant systems.
Software Development & Integration
- Develop and maintain web based and desktop applications using Microsoft technologies.
- Design and develop interfaces between OT and enterprise systems.
- Create and maintain web services, APIs, and system integrations.
- Support database development and reporting requirements.
- Develop dashboards and reports to support operational decision making.
Testing & Quality Assurance
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and regression testing.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders.
- Ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
- Prepare test plans, test cases, and testing documentation.
Systems Maintenance & Troubleshooting
- Analyze and resolve system incidents and operational issues.

Documentation & Governance
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, installation guides, and user manuals.
