IT Business Analyst I, II, III, or Senior

Responsible for analyzing, designing, and improving enterprise business applications, software, and business processes.

This role serves as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure systems meet operational needs and deliver value.

Troubleshoot and resolve application support issues in a timely and accurate manner as well as work with business users on functional testing and provide status reports as needed.

Note: There is one position available and the position will be filled at one of four job grade levels: IT Business Analyst I, job grade 6; IT Business Analyst II, job grade 7, IT Business Analyst III, job grade 9; or Senior IT Business Analyst, job grade 10.

This decision will be based on the qualifications and experience of the candidate selected, and Tri-State business needs at the time of hire.

Senior IT Business Analyst Hiring Salary Range: $109,000-139,000 IT Business Analyst III Hiring Salary Range: $98,000-$124,000 IT Business Analyst II Hiring Salary Range: $80,000-$99,000 IT Business Analyst I Hiring Salary Range: $72,000-$88,000
