Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from freight-forwarding and internal departments.
• Document sea freight, air freight, import, export, documentation, pricing, sales, operations, and finance workflows.
• Coordinate system requirements, enhancements, and new features with developers.
• Translate business requirements into functional requirements and developer specifications.
• Identify opportunities for system improvement, automation, and process optimization.
• Test software features, modules, reports, and enhancements before implementation.
• Identify system issues and coordinate timely resolution with developers.
• Administer software systems and user access.
• Provide system support and basic software training to employees.
• Ensure proper software utilization across departments.
• Prepare process flows, reports, system requirement documents, user guides, and related documentation.
• Ensure data accuracy, system controls, and proper data entry.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience as a Business Analyst, Software Administrator, System Administrator, ERP Administrator, or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of freight-forwarding business processes and operations.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
• Knowledge of software testing, user acceptance testing, and system implementation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requirements and projects.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in the freight-forwarding or logistics industry is highly preferred.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 3,500-10,000 per month.

Workplace

• Work is performed in person.
