The IT Business Analyst acts as the bridge between automotive operations and technology delivery.
The role supports scalable, audit-ready dealership processes across Service, Spare Parts, and Operations.
The position plays a critical role in ERPNext/DMS implementation and standardized dealership operations.
Business Requirements and Process Excellence
- Lead business requirements definition, documentation, and validation for ERPNext/DMS and future digital initiatives.
- Map and optimize end-to-end dealership processes, focusing on After-Sales, Service, Workshop, and Spare Parts.
- Conduct current-state, future-state, and gap analyses and propose pragmatic improvements.
Automotive Domain Leadership
- Act as the subject matter expert for automotive dealership operations.
- Ensure ERP and DMS designs reflect real-world dealership practices and scalable workflows.
- Guide ERPNext/DMS configuration decisions based on dealership standards.
Audit, Governance, and Engagement
- Ensure processes and system requirements are documented, audit-ready, governed, and traceable.
- Support internal audit reviews and remediation efforts.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and facilitate stakeholder workshops and validation meetings.
Solution Delivery and Improvement
- Work with implementation and integration partners and coordinate with development, integration, and testing teams.
- Maintain functional design documents, process maps, and specifications.
- Identify automation and standardization opportunities and contribute to the automotive digital roadmap.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least 7 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst within an automotive dealership environment.
- Mandatory hands-on After-Sales experience in Service, Workshop, and Spare Parts operations.
- Experience with warranty, job cards, technician scheduling, parts inventory, and customer service workflows.
- Strong understanding of Dealer Management Systems and ERP platforms.
- Experience with process mapping, optimization, and multi-branch or multi-market dealership operations.
- Strong analytical, documentation, stakeholder management, governance, and audit-awareness skills.
- English is required; Arabic is advantageous.
