IT Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst

to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical development teams.

You will elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into clear technical specifications, functional workflows, and system integration roadmaps.

Your expertise will directly support enterprise digital transformation initiatives, infrastructure integration, and software deployment projects across the region.

• Requirements Elicitation:

Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and business process analysis to capture detailed functional and non-functional requirements for enterprise systems (ERP, ECM, CRM, and custom mobile/portal applications).

• Process Modeling:

Document current state ("As-Is") and future state ("To-Be") business processes using BPMN, workflow diagrams, and use cases to identify operational efficiencies and automation opportunities.

• Specification & Documentation:

Translate complex business needs into clear, comprehensive artifacts, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), user stories, and acceptance criteria for development and QA teams.

• System Integration Analysis:

Collaborate with enterprise architects and developers to map data flows, API integrations, and repository connections across platforms (e.g., SAP, OpenText xECM, cloud repositories).

• Testing & Quality Assurance:

Partner with QA teams to develop test plans, review test scripts, participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and coordinate regression testing cycles for mobile and web applications.

• Stakeholder Management:

Serve as the primary liaison between business units and IT delivery teams, managing expectations, prioritizing product backlogs, and facilitating clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

• Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience:

Minimum 4–6 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst within a structured enterprise environment or PMO.

• Technical Acumen:

Strong familiarity with software development life cycles (SDLC), Agile/Scrum methodologies, API integrations, and database structures.

with enterprise platforms (SAP, enterprise content management systems, or cloud solutions) is a distinct advantage.

• Analytical Skills:

Proven ability to dissect complex operational problems, model data flows, and produce precise technical documentation.

• Communication:

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a strong plus), with demonstrated ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI-PBA
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Product Owner (CSPO)
