Role Overview
Design, build, and maintain scripts, workflows, and tools that reduce repetitive IT work for Rithum's Business Technology team.
Administer and support end-user, identity, collaboration, and productivity platforms.
Partner with Service Desk, Infrastructure Engineering, and Information Security teams to reduce risk and improve capacity.
Automation Engineering
- Build automation scripts and workflows using PowerShell, Python, Bash, and related tools.
- Own user lifecycle, device provisioning, and identity lifecycle workflows using Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Jamf, APIs, and webhooks.
- Add logging and alerting so automation actions are auditable and measurable.
- Translate manual IT operations into reliable, documented, supportable solutions.
- Use AI tools for scripting, troubleshooting, documentation, and solution design while validating outputs.
Systems Administration and Support
- Administer and monitor Active Directory, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Jamf, and Tanium.
- Support Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.
- Resolve Windows and macOS end-user issues and own requests through completion.
