Opportunity Overview
The IT Audit Manager will work in the Centralized Testing Group within a global resource model.
The role supports internal audit engagements, regulatory engagements, risk-monitoring efforts, and other Chief Audit Executive Group operations.
The position provides exposure to RBC products, services, businesses, and technology platforms.
Responsibilities
- Execute control testing using established practices and methodologies.
- Assess the design and operating effectiveness of key controls and produce quality documentation.
- Analyze control environments, risks, information, and testing results.
- Communicate work outcomes to audit teams and stakeholders.
- Identify service-delivery innovations and improvements with business partners.
Must-Have Qualifications
- An undergraduate degree in Business, Commerce, Math, or a related field is required.
- Three to five years of relevant work experience are required.
- Knowledge of control testing, risk management, regulatory or compliance principles, or audit principles is required.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills are required.
