Opportunity Overview
The IT Audit Manager will work in the Centralized Testing Group within RBC's Chief Audit Executive Group.
The role operates in a global resource model supporting internal audit engagements, regulatory engagements, risk monitoring, and related operations.
The position provides exposure to RBC products, services, businesses, and platforms while developing control testing and critical thinking skills.
What You Will Do
- Contribute to control testing while following established practices and methodologies.
- Assess the design and operating effectiveness of key controls and produce quality documentation.
- Develop an understanding of the control environment, analyze information, execute testing, and communicate outcomes to audit teams.
- Analyze risks within RBC processes and proprietary technology and constructively analyze key controls.
- Receive mentoring from internal audit colleagues and build long-term internal and external relationships.
- Work with business partners to identify innovation opportunities and create lasting performance improvements.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree, such as in business, commerce, or mathematics.
