IT Applications Administrator

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Application setup, configuration, administration, user management, support, and troubleshooting
• Provide training and produce documentation for users, developers, and program managers
• Act as liaison between developers, users, and compliance & security

QUALIFICATIONS

• Required
• 4+ years of experience in an application administration or IT support role
• Familiarity with enterprise business applications such as ERP, MES, QMS, MRO, PDM/PLM
• Strong understanding of user and permission management
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Preferred
• Experience administering multiple SaaS and on-premises business applications
• Exposure to manufacturing, engineering, or finance software environments
• Basic knowledge of scripting or automation tools
• Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., aerospace, defense, manufacturing)
• Any of the following software: Costpoint, Manufacturo, QT9, Teamcenter, Veryon, SharePoint, Smartsheet, Jira, Jama, Confluence, Shop Floor Time
