Main Job Purpose
Support the IT team mission by supporting relevant business processes and contributing to solution development or configuration work.
Collaborate closely with IT and business team members, external partners, suppliers, and other relevant stakeholders.
Education and Experience
- University degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Minimum three years of work experience in IT solution development.
- Experience operating ERP systems in a manufacturing environment, with Oracle NetSuite preferred and SAP experience beneficial.
- Knowledge of production-relevant applications such as WMS, planning, MES, and logistics solutions.
- Basic experience with BI and reporting tools such as Microsoft Power BI.
- Basic understanding of IT/OT landscape requirements in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience coordinating with external partners and suppliers on technical clarification, change management, and quality assurance.
Computer Skills and Competencies
- Experience with agile development and DevOps methods, including end-to-end software delivery lifecycle processes.
- Technical expertise in relevant platforms and technologies within the area of responsibility.
- Ability to understand customer business processes and unmet needs while managing expectations and scope.
- Ability to translate business needs and processes into IT language.
- Ability to develop and present new ideas, concepts, approaches, and solutions.
- Relevant computer skills include Oracle NetSuite or similar ERP solutions, Microsoft Power BI, WMS, planning, MES, and logistics solutions.
- English and Arabic language skills.
Accountabilities
- Support local business teams with ERP and manufacturing solutions and clarify needs and solutions with users, stakeholders, and suppliers.
- Manage project and development work with internal teams and external partners, ensuring quality, standards alignment, and timely execution.
- Deliver quality configuration and development work, including estimation, planning, progress reporting, and task management.
- Create and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, support models, and solution changes.
- Deliver assigned backlog deliverables and iterations.
- Maintain and share business process, solution, application, and manufacturing digitalization expertise and best practices.
Additional Duties and Schedule
- Other duties may be assigned in addition to the listed accountabilities.
- On-call support for critical manufacturing systems may be required.
- Working hours may occasionally be flexed to support production schedules.

External relationships include external vendors.
