Provide on-site and remote technical support to employees across multiple offices and remote locations.
Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, network connectivity, printers, software, and other technology-related issues.
Support a Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 environment, including system setup, software installation, updates, and ongoing maintenance.
Assist with new employee technology setup, onboarding, and access management.
Maintain accurate records of hardware, software, licenses, equipment assignments, and other IT assets.
Support networked printers/copiers, file organization, and other office technology infrastructure.
Assist with server, network, and systems administration as needed.
Identify recurring technical issues and recommend solutions to improve reliability and the employee experience.
Help maintain IT documentation, procedures, and technology best practices.
Support and enhance the firm’s CRM and other SaaS-based business applications.

Partner with internal stakeholders to understand technology needs, document current processes, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Assist with the implementation, configuration, testing, and ongoing administration of technology platforms.
Help develop technology solutions and workflow improvements that increase efficiency, organization, and scalability.
Participate in the design and implementation of new system functionality, integrations, and automation.
Coordinate with internal teams and external technology vendors throughout the design, development, testing, and implementation of projects.
Perform quality assurance and user testing to help ensure platform stability and functionality.
Create and maintain documentation and training materials for internal systems and processes.
Stay current on emerging technologies and identify tools that could improve the firm’s operations and productivity.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
2+ years of experience providing desktop, systems, or network support, preferably within a multi-office or hybrid workforce.
Experience supporting Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
Experience working with SaaS-based CRM or business platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, or similar systems.
Familiarity with database management, information systems, and business applications.
Understanding of networking fundamentals and experience troubleshooting connectivity and hardware issues.
Familiarity with programming, scripting, automation, or system integrations is a plus.
Experience with HTML, CSS, web technologies, or application development is a plus.
Exposure to financial services, accounting, corporate finance, or investment management environments is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to independently research and resolve technical issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented approach.
Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
