Overview
Primary IT point of contact, responsible for keeping systems running, users supported, Manage the full lifecycle of user accounts in Microsoft Entra ID (onboarding to offboarding).
Manage device assignments, reassignments, Be the go-to person for IT issues across the Subsidiary.
Escalate to the Group IT Manager where issues require it.
Maintain basic network security controls — firewall, Wi-Fi segregation, access point configuration 3–5 years of hands-on experience in an IT Administrator or IT Systems Administrator role
