About the Job
Lead business process improvement and ISO consulting initiatives using international best practices.
Analyze and improve processes across operations, IT, call centers, and last-mile delivery.
Identify gaps, data touchpoints, customer interactions, and pain points to drive process enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Map and analyze interactions across multiple process touchpoints.
- Identify friction points and operational inefficiencies.
- Design and implement improvements that reduce customer effort, improve first-time resolution, and shorten turnaround times.
- Optimize processes using improvement tools and Six Sigma methods.
- Define and monitor service KPIs with the Strategy team.
- Align process changes with ISO requirements and industry best practices.
- Maintain and update SOPs for relevant functions.
- Incorporate customer survey, social listening, and frontline staff insights into process redesign.
- Promote continuous customer-focused improvement through workshops and engagement programs.
Education and Certifications
- A bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
