Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective Islamic Studies lessons for Arab students in accordance with UAE Ministry of Education curriculum and KHDA expectations
- Plan, deliver, and evaluate differentiated lessons that challenge and support all learners
- Monitor student progress using a range of assessment strategies and implement timely interventions
- Prepare students effectively for internal and Ministry of Education assessments
- Promote Islamic values, character education, and positive student behaviour

- Contribute to curriculum planning, assessment moderation, and departmental quality assurance

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Islamic Studies, Sharia, or a closely related discipline
- Recognised teaching qualification
- Valid UAE Teaching Licence or eligibility to obtain one
- Native or fluent Arabic speaker with good written and spoken English
- Proven experience teaching Islamic Studies to Arab students using UAE Ministry of Education curriculum
- Excellent classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of assessment for learning and data informed teaching
