IS Systems Engineer (M365 & Azure Platform)

What You’ll Do As an IS Systems Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting, optimizing, and advancing our enterprise technology platforms:

• Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune) • Manage identity and access through Microsoft Entra ID (MFA, SSO, conditional access, RBAC) • Lead and support cloud migration and modernization initiatives • Strengthen security, compliance, and governance across M365 and Azure • Support endpoint management (Intune/Endpoint Manager) and enterprise device strategy • Provide Tier 2/3 support, troubleshooting complex technical issues and driving resolution • Build automation solutions using PowerShell to improve operational efficiency • Partner cross-functionally to deliver projects, support store technology, and enhance user experience • Support AI enablement (Microsoft Copilot) with a focus on governance and adoption

• 3+ years of Microsoft 365 administration in an enterprise environment • Strong expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and identity management • Experience with Intune/Endpoint Manager and modern device management • Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate; Power BI a plus) • Knowledge of security & compliance (DLP, retention, audit, eDiscovery) • Experience supporting cloud migrations and modernization initiatives • Proficiency in scripting/automation (PowerShell preferred) • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate across technical and non-technical audiences
