This is advanced technical work with administrative responsibility in planning, designing, implementing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining computer hardware and desktop PCs for a Property Appraiser’s department. Employees in this classification are responsible for activities pertaining to the planning, installation, support, and administration of applications, desktop PCs and printers, and PA-specific software. Incumbents supervise subordinate technical employees who install, configure, and support local area networks and computer equipment, troubleshooting activities, and end-user support.
