About the Role

Responsibilities
- Supervise irrigation installation, testing, and maintenance works on site
- Read and interpret irrigation drawings, layouts, and specifications
- Lead and manage irrigation technicians and laborers
- Install and maintain valves, pumps, controllers, sprinklers, drip lines, and pipelines
- Identify and troubleshoot leaks, pressure issues, and system faults
- Coordinate with site engineers, landscapers, and project managers
- Ensure materials, tools, and manpower are effectively utilized
- Maintain daily work reports and site records
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards and company policies
- Monitor water efficiency and system performance
Requirements
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience in irrigation works (landscaping projects preferred)
- Proven experience as an Irrigation Foreman or Senior Irrigation Technician
- Good knowledge of irrigation systems (drip & sprinkler)
- Ability to read drawings and manage site teams
- Basic English communication skills
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
