Role overview
Egis Group is seeking an experienced Irrigation Engineer for its Project Management Office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The role leads planning, design, and implementation of irrigation systems for urban development projects.
The position supports schedule, budget, quality, and sustainable water management objectives.
Responsibilities
- Manage irrigation engineering projects from conception through completion and align delivery with urban planning objectives and regulations.
- Develop and review irrigation specifications, design drawings, and engineering documentation using industry-standard tools.
- Analyze water requirements and design efficient solutions that optimize water use and support sustainability goals.
- Coordinate with planners, contractors, environmental specialists, government stakeholders, and other teams.
- Monitor schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and mitigation actions.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies for urban irrigation infrastructure.
- Prepare reports, progress updates, and performance metrics for senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, environmental standards, and irrigation engineering best practices.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
- Participate in governance meetings and improve PMO processes.
