Technical Review and Reporting
- Review landscape and irrigation design packages and provide detailed technical comments.
- Evaluate shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical calculations.
- Prepare technical reports, manuals, and guidelines addressing landscape and irrigation issues.
Construction Supervision and Coordination
- Support the Construction Supervision team as the PMC representative for landscape and irrigation works.
- Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, subcontractors, civil, mechanical, electrical, architectural, and drafting teams.
- Attend weekly and monthly progress and coordination meetings.
Testing and Project Reporting
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover of landscape assets with clients and stakeholders.
- Provide landscape-related inputs for weekly and monthly project progress reports.
- Review and document submittals, inspection reports, material approvals, and work completion certificates.
Site Delivery and Records
- Provide on-site technical guidance and assist the Project Manager with instructions for landscape and irrigation works.
- Verify, measure, and certify completed works while maintaining progress records against the approved schedule.
- Review and ensure timely submission of accurate as-built drawings.
Requirements
- Two to five years of relevant experience in the UAE.
- Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Dubai Municipality, RTA, DEWA, and other local government entities.
- UAE driving license.
