Responsibilities
- Lead solution consulting activities for IQVIA HIS implementations
- Conduct requirement analysis, solution design, and workflow mapping
- Engage with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment
- Provide advisory support on best practices, system optimisation, and adoption
- Prepare high quality documentation, functional specifications, and reports
- Support program governance, delivery tracking, and issue resolution
- Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure successful deployment
Requirements
- 12+ years of consulting or program management experience in healthcare IT
- IQVIA HIS experience preferred
- Strong Cerner consulting/program management background
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and client management skills
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication capability
- PMP certification preferred
- Ability to work onsite in the UAE for the full duration of the engagement

Role Overview
- We are inviting applications for a senior IQVIA Solution Consultant to support a major healthcare transformation program in the UAE.
- The role requires strong domain expertise in IQVIA HIS or equivalent Cerner consulting/program management experience.
