Position Overview
The IP Engineer serves as a senior technical leader responsible for the design, integration, and sustainment of complex network and system architectures. This role provides systems engineering, network operations, and technical oversight across the full system lifecycle in support of mission-critical environments .
Responsibilities
- Analyze user requirements, CONOPS, and system architectures to develop system requirements and specifications
- Lead system design, development, integration, and implementation activities
- Provide technical leadership across systems engineering lifecycle, including planning, testing, and deployment
- Develop system architecture documentation, engineering plans, and integration/test strategies
- Guide stakeholders on requirements, alternatives, and feasibility assessments
- Ensure technical integrity of deliverables and resolve complex system and interface issues
- Design and support enterprise network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN environments and associated technologies
- Perform network configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
- Support system upgrades, maintenance, and incident response, including root cause analysis
