IOP Program Manager/SUB Counselor

Trinity Social Services is expanding our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and seeking skilled, reliable substance abuse counselors to join our clinical team.

• Lead group counseling and individual sessions in a structured IOP setting.
• Complete substance abuse assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
• Document all services in our electronic medical record system.
• Monitor progress, support relapse-prevention, and coordinate discharge planning.
• Assist with daily program operations and maintain compliance with state and contract standards.
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team and community partners.

• Active Georgia Addiction Counseling Credential Accepted: CACII, CADCII, MAC, CCADC, CAS, or CACI (with supervision)
• 2+ years of experience in Intensive Outpatient Programs
• Strong communication skills and reliable professional presence.
• Ability to work in the office for group facilitation and client sessions.
