Role overview
The Invoice to Cash Associate Manager leads the local Invoice to Cash team.
The role oversees accounts receivable, credit, invoicing documentation and collections-enablement activities.
The role combines local team leadership with regular customer engagement across key public and private accounts.
Team leadership and operating discipline
- Lead and develop the local ITC team by setting agendas, assigning priorities, monitoring actions and assessing performance.
- Coach team members on account management, collection readiness, documentation quality and timely issue resolution.
- Coordinate field and office activities, travel plans and account-visit priorities.
- Drive continuous improvement in ITC processes, reporting discipline and collaboration across Finance and Commercial teams.
- Manage the relationship with the external Collections Agency.
Accounts receivable, credit and reporting
- Lead monthly accounts receivable review meetings with Finance, Operations and Commercial stakeholders.
- Set actions, monitor ageing and escalate material risks or blockers through appropriate Finance stakeholders.
- Support credit-limit reviews and oversee the blocking and release of overdue customer accounts.
