About the Role

Investment-focused role working closely with UHNW single-family-office principals.

The role combines private wealth, family offices, investment analysis, private markets, and investor relationships.

The successful candidate will understand member investment mandates, identify suitable opportunities, and facilitate high-quality investment connections.

Member Investment Intelligence

Develop detailed understanding of members' investment strategies, portfolios, capital allocation preferences, and investment mandates.
Build profiles covering asset classes, sectors, geographies, ticket sizes, risk appetite, investment horizon, and liquidity preferences.
Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling UHNW investor information.

Investment Opportunities

Review and analyze opportunities across venture capital, private equity, private credit, real estate, deep tech, AI, impact, and other private-market strategies.
Prepare investment briefs, identify relevant members, coordinate introductions, and support initial evaluation and diligence.
Identify potential co-investment and syndication opportunities between members.

Research and Intelligence

Research investment themes, sectors, funds, managers, and emerging opportunities across global private markets.
Develop investment insights and intelligence for the Berkana community.
Maintain a database of investment managers, funds, companies, family offices, and investment opportunities.

Network and Platform Growth

Develop relationships with family offices, private equity and venture capital funds, private banks, asset managers, founders, and investment professionals.
Source investment opportunities and represent Berkana at selected meetings, gatherings, conferences, and roundtables.
Support investor sourcing, strategic relationships, partnerships, co-investment opportunities, and member programming.

Requirements

5+ years of relevant experience in investment management, family office, private banking, wealth management, VC, PE, private markets, or investment advisory.
Strong investment analysis, capital allocation, private-markets, financial, analytical, research, and due-diligence capabilities.
Experience with UHNW individuals, family offices, institutional investors, or sophisticated private investors.
Strong understanding of portfolio construction and asset allocation.
Excellent communication and relationship-management skills, discretion, professionalism, and English communication skills.
Existing family-office or investment ecosystem relationships and GCC experience are highly desirable.

Compensation

USD 10,000–15,000 monthly base salary depending on experience and seniority.
Performance-based annual bonus linked to investment activity, member engagement, opportunity quality, and contribution to the investment platform.
Potential participation in qualifying investment transaction economics, subject to transaction structure and applicable agreements.
