Investment Specialist
- to lead capital raising efforts for a fast-scaling

- This is a
- pure investor-facing role
- focused on identifying, engaging, and converting strategic investors across the region.
- 🔹 About the Opportunity
- You will be working on a
- live operating platform
- with:
- Established retail network and infrastructure
- Strong revenue base and scalable formats
- Clear roadmap for expansion across UAE & GCC
- As highlighted in our investment positioning, the platform combines
- heritage, vertical integration, and multi-format retail scalability
- 🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Identify and map
- potential investors
- across UAE, GCC, and international markets
- Proactively
- approach investors, family offices, and strategic partners
- Present investment opportunities and
- share proposals / pitch decks
- Initiate and manage
- early-stage discussions and relationship building
- Qualify investor interest and align expectations before senior engagement
- Maintain structured pipeline of
- active investor conversations
- Provide regular updates on
- fundraising progress and market feedback
🔹 Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven track record in
- raising capital for retail / F&B / supermarket businesses
- Strong network with
- family offices, HNIs, and institutional investors in the Middle East
- Experience in
- deal sourcing, investor outreach, and early-stage negotiations
- Deep understanding of
- investment structures, valuations, and investor expectations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
